Elacin offers a 5 years manufacturer warranty. This allows users to benefit from Elacin’s After Sales Service for 5 years.

Thanks to the latest 3D manufacturing technologies applied to soft materials, Elacin now covers the 5th year of use of custom made hearing protection. Aiming to provide optimum protection for our users, we continue to recommend the renewal of earplugs during the fifth year of use.

• Custom-made hearing protection: all versions of Elacin RC (incl. acrylic), Elacin CH (incl. acrylic), Elacin ER, SafeSound and Elacin Relax for all B2B and B2C customers enjoy
  a 5-year warranty.
• Custom-made earmoulds: Elacin Swim have a 2-year warranty.
• Accessories and electronic equipment, such as Elacin BoomMic, Elacin SoloCom and Tube, have a 1-year warranty.
• Universal hearing protectors have a 1-month warranty.
